Noble Polaris is a multi-sided marketplace for businesses, business capabilities, business assets, intellectual property and ownership interests. Business owners bring an entire business, or specific assets and capabilities inside it, to market. Investors, private equity firms, family offices, strategic buyers and advisors discover opportunities, evaluate them, invest, acquire, sell and trade.
Businesses contain valuable assets far beyond the company itself. A business may own intellectual property, technology, equipment, data, contracts, brands, revenue streams, operating units, specialized teams, licenses, distribution networks or other valuable capabilities.
But there is no unified, multi-sided platform where those opportunities can be listed, discovered, evaluated, tokenized, invested in, bought, sold and traded. Transactions stay fragmented across brokers, private networks, investment banks, marketplaces, spreadsheets, data rooms, legal processes and personal relationships.
An investor looking for a particular capability may never discover the business that has it. Company classifications describe an industry, not what a business can actually do.
A company may own valuable intellectual property but have no efficient marketplace through which to monetize it, so it sits on the balance sheet, undiscovered.
A private equity firm may be looking for a specific platform, add-on, capability or asset but lack a common infrastructure for discovering and evaluating those opportunities beyond its existing relationships.
A business owner may have substantial value inside the company, such as a division, a contract or a technology, without an efficient way to bring that value independently to market.
Noble Polaris creates the infrastructure for businesses, business capabilities, business assets, intellectual property and ownership interests to participate in a common marketplace.
Noble Polaris brings it to market.
Sellers list opportunities. Buyers and investors discover them. Participants evaluate opportunities, conduct diligence, structure transactions and move toward investment or acquisition from one platform.
Where appropriate, eligible assets and economic interests can also be structured as digital assets and tokenized to support new models of ownership, investment, transfer and liquidity.
Traditional business marketplaces are built around one transaction: sell the company. Noble Polaris supports a much broader market. The business does not always have to be sold for its value to be realized. A business owner may choose to:
Six classes of opportunity share one marketplace, one evaluation workflow and one record. What is offered, the rights attached to it and the transaction parameters are defined by the listing owner under the applicable legal structure.
Many valuable business assets are difficult to divide, transfer, discover or transact. Noble Polaris provides infrastructure for eligible businesses, business assets, intellectual property, capabilities and economic interests to be represented as structured digital assets and, where appropriate, tokenized.
Tokenization makes it possible to represent defined rights, ownership interests, economic interests or participation rights digitally, while the underlying business, legal and transaction structure stays intact.
What can be tokenized, and how, is determined by the legal and transaction structure associated with each opportunity, not by the platform. Regulated interests are offered only where legally permitted and through appropriately licensed parties.
Noble Polaris does not create the value. It provides the marketplace and infrastructure that lets existing value become discoverable, divisible where appropriate, and transactable.
More businesses bring more opportunities. More assets create more transaction diversity. More investors bring more capital, more buyers more liquidity, more private equity firms more acquisition demand. More transaction activity produces more marketplace intelligence, and better intelligence improves discovery and matching for everyone.
Bring businesses, intellectual property, capabilities and assets to market. Create structured listings, organize business information, control access to sensitive material, and connect with capital and strategic buyers.
Discover businesses and business assets aligned with an investment strategy. Evaluate and compare opportunities, access diligence information, participate in structured investments and track them across the lifecycle.
Search across businesses, assets, capabilities, IP and ownership interests for platform and add-on acquisitions, roll-ups, carve-outs, minority and control investments, asset and capability acquisitions, recapitalizations and strategic combinations, based on what you are actually looking for, not only who you already know.
Search for the capabilities that accelerate growth: technologies, IP, distribution, manufacturing capacity, talent, data, market access, products, business units, complementary businesses. Sometimes the best acquisition is not the entire company. It is the specific capability you need.
Discover private-market opportunities across multiple asset types, evaluate businesses and underlying assets from a common platform, and participate directly or alongside other qualified market participants.
Manage opportunities and represent businesses, buyers or investors through a shared transaction environment that supports sourcing, diligence, introductions and deal execution.
Noble Polaris is organized around the attributes that actually drive transactions, so the marketplace is structured around business value rather than company profiles.
A capability search, answered by businesses that would never surface under an industry code.
A company search, filtered on financial attributes and business model, not just a name.
An asset search: intellectual property discoverable on its own, independent of the company that holds it.
Instead of rebuilding the story of an opportunity every time someone evaluates it, the information stays attached to the opportunity. Every listing can bring together:
Noble Polaris uses AI to structure, analyze and connect information across the marketplace, working on the material participants bring into the platform. People remain responsible for every investment, financial, legal and business decision.
Not a collection of modules, but a sequence of things market participants are already trying to do, with the information carried forward at every step instead of rebuilt.
Noble Polaris runs on Amazon Web Services as a set of independently deployable microservices rather than one large application. Each part of the marketplace (listings, research, due diligence, documents, evaluation, collaboration and post-transaction management) is its own service on AWS Lambda behind Amazon API Gateway. It scales on its own and ships without disturbing the others, so a heavy research or document workload never degrades the experience of anyone else using the platform.
The AI layer, document pipeline and research engine work the same way: long-running work is queued on Amazon SQS and fanned out over Amazon SNS, runs in parallel across services, completes in minutes rather than hours, and consumes nothing while idle. Amazon Cognito handles identity for every participant type, AWS Secrets Manager holds credentials, the application is served from Amazon S3 through Amazon CloudFront behind AWS WAF, and Amazon Bedrock is among the model providers behind the AI layer. That architecture is what lets a small team serve a single firm and an entire marketplace with the same reliability, and pay only for what actually runs.
Tokenization sits on the same foundation. Digital representation of eligible interests is a service like any other, and the architecture is designed to integrate with blockchain infrastructure where a transaction structure calls for it, without moving the business record, documents or permissions out of the marketplace.
The public markets have infrastructure for discovery, ownership, transactions and liquidity. Private business markets remain fragmented. Noble Polaris is building the marketplace infrastructure for the value that exists inside private businesses.
Noble Polaris is an early-stage technology company headquartered in Houston, Texas, building a multi-sided marketplace for businesses, business assets, capabilities, intellectual property and ownership interests. The platform is built and operated on AWS.
We started from a conviction that has held up everywhere we have tested it: the limiting factor in most private-market transactions is not capital, and it is not judgment. It is that the value inside a business is not discoverable, and the information needed to act on it has to be assembled by hand, deal after deal, out of tools that were never designed to speak to one another.
That is an infrastructure problem, and we are treating it as one: not by adding another broker or another data room to the stack, but by building the common marketplace the private markets were always missing.
The name is deliberate. Polaris is the star navigators have steered by for centuries: a fixed point of reference when everything around it is moving. That is what we want the platform to be for the people who transact on it.
An early-stage startup, actively building on AWS. Capability ships continuously across the marketplace lifecycle, and the team is small enough that anyone evaluating the platform talks directly to the people building it.
Business value is described in unstructured material: decks, filings, contracts, patents, financial statements. Reading, structuring and connecting that material at scale, so a capability or an asset can be found on its own, has only recently become practical. The problem is old; the means to solve it properly is not.
Close to the transaction. Every capability answers a task somebody performs today by hand, and we would rather ship one workflow that holds up under real diligence than a catalog of features that does not.
A multi-sided marketplace where businesses, investors, private equity firms, family offices, strategic buyers and advisors can list, discover, evaluate, invest in, buy, sell and trade businesses, business assets, capabilities, intellectual property and eligible tokenized interests, with the research, documents, diligence and transaction history attached to each opportunity.
Broader than any of those. Business-for-sale sites list whole companies; data rooms store documents; deal platforms track a pipeline. Noble Polaris lets the value inside a business (a capability, an asset, a patent portfolio, an economic interest) be listed and discovered on its own, and connects listing, structuring, discovery, evaluation, diligence and transaction in one workflow.
Representing a defined right, such as an ownership interest, an economic interest or a participation right, as a structured digital asset, so it can be recorded, divided where appropriate and transferred under the legal and transaction structure that governs it. Eligibility is decided by that structure, not by the platform. Noble Polaris is not a cryptocurrency exchange; any tokenized interest that is a security or other regulated instrument is offered, sold or transferred only where legally permitted and through appropriately licensed parties.
No. It is a technology platform and marketplace infrastructure provider. It does not hold client funds, does not execute securities transactions, does not operate an exchange or alternative trading system, and does not provide personalized investment advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
No. Noble Polaris organizes information, supports structured evaluation and matching, and helps participants reach decision-ready intelligence with the evidence behind it. Scores, matches and assessments are inputs to human judgment, not recommendations. Every investment, financial, legal and business decision remains yours.
It classifies what a business owns, does and offers; extracts assets, IP, contracts and capabilities from documents; matches opportunities to investors, buyers and acquisition criteria; supports semantic search by intent; analyzes diligence material to organize findings and surface risks; and combines marketplace data with external research. It works on the material participants bring into the platform.
The listing owner decides. Public listing attributes support discovery; financials, documents and diligence material are released to specific qualified participants at the owner's discretion, and every participant sees only what is appropriate to their role and their access.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS and held in a private network that is not reachable from the public internet. Every request is authorized before it reaches anything sensitive, access is scoped by role and by listing, credentials are never stored in application code, and activity is written to an audit trail.
Whether you own a business with value inside it, or you are looking for a specific business, asset, capability or interest, we would like to show you what one connected marketplace looks like.
